Petra was recommended to us by a friend here in La Quinta. We were in a tight timeframe (one day to see houses) and knew the neighborhood we were interested in. She got us into the houses we wanted to see and gave us great background on things we didn’t know (like propane tanks in the Cove). We found “Our” house that day, Petra go the offer in that afternoon and she was SO helpful! As we were living a couple of hours away, she helped us arrange the inspection and hand-held when we needed it. We’re in our dream home, so we don’t anticipate moving any time soon, but we’ve already recommended Petra to friends moving to LaQuinta, and they’ve also been really happy working with her. We consider her “our realtor,” for sure.
